100-hour In-Depth Training program (2 Modules)
Recommended rate = $1700
We request an $800 deposit to save your place in the 100-hour program.
- Required manual and other books must be purchased separately.
- We prefer full payment one week prior to the start of the program, but payment plans are available.
200-hour Teacher Training program (4 Modules)
Recommended rate = $3,000
We request an $800 deposit to save your place in the 200-hour program.
- Required manual and other books must be purchased separately.
- This course is a deep exploration of self as an embodied being and as a teacher, and it requires commitment and perseverance. Because we invest in building a trusting community, we ask that it be your intention to complete the program in its entirety.
- We prefer full payment one week prior to the start of each module, but payment plans are available.
- Register before January 31st and save $100.
300-hour Teacher Training program (4 Modules)
Recommended rate = $4,000
We request a $1,000 deposit to save your place in the 300-hour program.
- Required books must be purchased separately.
- We prefer full payment one week prior to the start of each module, but payment plans are available.
- It is highly recommended that you take this program in its entirety. However, Modules may be taken independently. The recommended rate for a single Module is $1,200.
Birthing Mama® 90-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
Recommended rate = $1,500, we request a $300 deposit to hold your space
- Cost includes Manual in binder form and free access to the online Birthing Mama® program
- Some required texts must be purchased separately.

Policies
APPLICATION REVIEW
After reviewing your application, we will contact you with any follow up questions and/or to confirm your acceptance and make payment arrangements.
REFUND POLICY
Deposits are nonrefundable after your acceptance in the course has been confirmed. No other refunds will be given after the start of the course.
HOMEWORK
Homework includes up to 2 hours of reading for each weekend, home practice and logging, class and sequence design, practice teaching and take home open-book test.
OBSERVATION OF CERTIFIED TEACHER
Attendance in, or observation of, a total of 8 additional classes taught by course leader or other 500-hour registered Embodyoga® Teachers is required for graduation. You will need to write a reflection for 3 of these classes.
REQUIRED ADVANCED WORKSHOP (200 & 300-hour)
Attendance in one advanced study workshop is required for each participant in the 200 and 300-hour teacher training programs.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (200 & 300-hour)
- It is permissible to miss a total of 1 weekend out of the whole program and still receive certification. You are responsible for the information that you miss and you may take that same weekend the following year it is offered.
- Any further missed weekends must be made up in private session with faculty or other senior teachers by special arrangement. There is a separate cost for this.
- Consistent classroom participation and successful completion of assigned reading.
- Demonstration of understanding, incorporation & competence in principles presented in the program.
- Demonstration of ability to present principles to students of varying levels and abilities.
- Documentation of 100 hours of teaching experience – utilizing concepts and principles presented in this program (300hr only)
- More details will be provided to each year by the lead teacher for both the 200hr and 300hr to keep up to date with changes/addition to the programs.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (90-hour Prenatal)
- Attend all training weekends of both Level 1 and Level 2 – you may miss a total of one full day and still receive certification.
- Observe and write a reflection of 4 live classes AND attend and write a reflection for 4 live classes (total of 8 classes, comprised of 6 prenatal and 2 postnatal/parent and baby classes). For those of you who don’t have access to live classes in your area, you may complete the alternative of birthing mama videos and reflections.
- Design and then teach 3 different 1 – 1.5 hr classes to one or more pregnant people (or they can pretend to be pregnant) and turn in your written class plan with a reflection about how the classes went. Option to do 2 prenatal and 1 postnatal/baby and parent class instead of 3 prenatal.
- Complete Reading Assignments and other Homework/Reflections
- To teach public prenatal yoga classes, you must also have a 200-Hr Certification of any tradition
