Yoga Center Amherst aspires to be a sanctuary for inner and outer explorations into the evolution and expansion of consciousness.We feel that mindfulness practice is an important part of this exploration and we are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Amherst Mindfulness to offer an in-depth mindfulness program at YCA.
Michele Miller, Guiding Teacher at Amherst Mindfulness has been a member of the YCA community for years, and has shared with all of us her deep compassion, aspiration, and reverence. She leads 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses at YCA, and will also offer an 8 week Mindful Self Compassion Course in early summer 2017.
