“Before taking this class, I was a little skeptical as to how much MBSR would improve my life, as I came from a very stress-laden home growing up; consequently, as an adult I live with chronic illness. To say the least, the course exceeded all expectations, and I now feel less stressed, happier, freer and more ‘comfortable in my own skin’ than I ever have. While I still have chronic illness, I have some new, powerful tools to cope with it.
