This restorative yoga class will soothe, ground and balance your nervous system

These classes focus on deep relaxation by taking very simple yoga postures supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters. Settle into a slow deep breath as you are guided through releasing your body and the tension you are holding. Some gentle movement will be woven in when appropriate in between the supported postures. Emphasis on breath, simple language, guided body scans and other relaxation techniques are a beautiful part of this class.
