Experience an awakening vitality, less anxiety and inspiration for the day ahead…

Many of us are experiencing increased anxiety and uncertainty within the unknown of these challenging times.
This morning class with Corinne stems from her own personal “Morning Sadhana” or spiritual practice that has been a daily morning commitment since 2001 as taught in the lineage of Baba Hari Das blended with other variations and traditions that she has found deeply supportive over the years.

The hour begins with basic pranayama techniques (the four purifications), moves along to japa (mantra repetition – exploring various simple mantras relevant to that week), and into guided meditation (with quiet spaces).
This class is open and appropriate for all – those who are just beginning AND those with years of experience as it is powerful to sit together with community.
You are welcome to login and join us around 8:00 for just the mantra and meditation piece and skip the pranayama.
