I teach yoga and meditation rooted in yogic and Buddhist traditions that focus on the patterns of practice that awaken us to our true selves- the embodied intelligence that is our true nature and potential.

I first began deeply diving into different contemplative traditions when I was a student studying sustainability and permaculture. I wanted to know how we could create the greatest change in ecological and societal systems. My questing led me to the discovery that the greatest leverage point we have to change outer systems was changing the way we think at the deepest level– we need to change the world from the inside out. I devoted my life to practicing, studying, experimenting, and uncovering the most potent patterns of practice that reconnect us with our natural intelligence & our true power and potential.

Some of my training includes a Masters Degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University where I focused on systems thinking, ecological design, and meditation/embodiment, 500 hour level yoga training with Patty Townsend, 200 hour teacher training with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, 200 hour teacher training with Diana and John Vitarelli, and a teaching mentorship in Ashtanga with Michelle Ryan.
